Question 1

Are the apps really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every app on this site can be downloaded and used for free. If you'd like to support the work you can leave a tip, but it's never required.

Question 2

Is it safe to download from here?

Accepted Answer

Open-source apps link to their full source code. Direct downloads list a SHA-256 checksum, and closed-source apps link to their VirusTotal scan. The Safety page explains each of these.

Question 3

Where do I report a bug?

Accepted Answer

Use the form on this page and pick “I found a bug”. For open-source apps you can also open an issue on the GitHub repository.

Question 4

An app isn't available for my device. Will it be?

Accepted Answer

Maybe! Send a message saying which app and which platform. Requests help decide what gets built next.

Question 5

Can I contribute to an open-source app?

Accepted Answer

Please do. Each open-source app links to its repository — issues and pull requests are welcome there.
